Meet Carrie, a devoted yoga teacher and guide on the path to wellness, healing and self-discovery. With a deep passion for the transformative power of yoga, Carrie believes in creating a space where individuals can embark on a journey to holistic well-being. Trained in Power Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Bikram Yoga, Empowerment Yoga Flow and Guided Meditation, Carrie brings a unique blend of traditional wisdom and contemporary mindfulness to every class. Her teaching style is characterized by a harmonious fusion of breath, movement, humor, and philosophy, fostering a holistic connection between mind, body, and spirit.
Having 24 years of experience, Carrie has guided students through various aspects of yoga, from foundational postures to advanced practices. Beyond the physical aspects, Carrie emphasizes the importance of cultivating mindfulness, compassion, and self-awareness on and off the mat. Healing in all capacities is her intention as she guides physically strong classes. One of her main points of interest is healing unresolved traumas that are stored in our bodies; getting to the root causes so we can begin to heal and move forward with more joy, abundance, love, freedom and connection in our lives.
Outside the yoga studio, Carrie is passionate about somatic healing and her own personal development. She loves to spend time with her friends, family, and golden retriever. She also can be found traveling internationally sharing her love of yoga with the world.
